Kayce grew up in Franklin County and has been rooted in the vibrant
St. Albans community for over 20 years. Her connections extend throughout
Vermont, and she’s never afraid to hit the road for her clients.
 

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Kayce has built success in both business
and real estate. She fell in love with real estate through the thrill of finding and
negotiating the right deals—and now she brings that same passion to her clients. Whether it’s helping a business find the ideal space to launch or expand, guiding a first-time homebuyer, or assisting seasoned clients with life transitions, Kayce is committed to making the process smooth and rewarding.

Outside of real estate, Kayce enjoys time with her husband, teenage son, and their beloved heeler pups.
